For more than eleven years, New Jersey personal injury attorney Lee D. Rosenfeld has successfully represented victims of serious personal injuries. From 1995 to 2005, Lee worked for a Philadelphia-based trial firm and developed his substantial litigation experience. In 2006, Lee launched his own trial firm which was aimed at maximizing his clients’ recoveries in serious injury claims and providing them with compassion and respect. Messa & Associates, P.C. was happy to welcome Lee to the firm in 2007.
While Lee has spent 11 years sharpening his courtroom skills, he also has great experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution. He has successfully participated in numerous arbitrations and mediations, which have resulted in substantial settlements for his clients. Whenever possible, Lee seeks to spare his clients the expense and hardships of litigation. However, he is well-prepared to fight for them when necessary.
Lee is currently admitted to the bars in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Georgia. In addition to maintaining his busy practice, Lee is also active in the legal community and his memberships include the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Philadelphia Bar Association and Georgia Bar Association. Lee has been selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list every years since 2011.. He maintains contacts and resources throughout the legal community and frequently uses them to benefit his clients.
