Chris Anglesey was a 32 year old U.S. Army veteran who was awarded a Bronze Star after he was partially disabled when his vehicle was hit by a rocket propelled grenade on its way to helping a downed helicopter. He suffered traumatic brain injury and post traumatic stress disorder, which he was being treated for at the George E. Whalen Veterans Administration Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
